Registration

Participants can attend the conference as a regular delegate with a paper presentation or without a manuscript presentation.

For registration, the registration form must be completed and sent to iconfeb@yahoo.com with the payment receipt. Your registration will be finalized after the payment is confirmed.

Registration fee is 300.-EUR

Early registration fee is 270.-EUR

Registration fee for students is 200.-EUR (It must be documented.)

Early registration fee for students is 180.-EUR.

It is possible to attend the conference with more than one paper. A participant will be charged half fee for any additional manuscript.

Co-authors will be charged half fee in case of registration. If the same author submits more than one paper, it will be adequate to register for a single paper only.

Registration fee includes conference bag, certificate of attendance, conference proceedings book in USB memory stick, coffee breaks, lunches and gala dinner.

In case of cancellation, no refund will be possible.
